Chapter management software for YNG chapters
Quorum is chapter software for the way a YNG chapter runs - the forums, the chapter office, the events, the dine around, the partners, the retreat and the dues - in one members’ app and one console for the office. It grew up inside a YPO chapter, so a YNG chapter’s world is already in it: forums of your own, your chapter’s own seats, YPO Global by its own name, one section of members. Quorum is an independent product, not affiliated with YPO or YNG.
The YNG year
A YNG chapter is several things at once: a set of forums that never read each other’s rooms, a chapter that gathers, a season that fills with photographs, and the next generation of a community that is decades deep. Quorum keeps each one in its place.
Each forum gets a sealed space - its feed, its calendar, its member list - visible to that forum’s members and no one else, not the office and not Quorum. Moderators pin, lock and close; a monthly check-in shows the forum who could use a call; the confidentiality covenant is sealed once a season with one tap. A member of two forums reads both in one feed.
The members’ appInvitations that RSVP the whole household - member, spouse, kids and guests - with a note to the host, a waitlist that promotes on its own, waivers signed in the app, and a season that shows up in Apple, Google or Outlook. Reply to the invitation email and the RSVP records itself.
The console’s seasonHosts open their homes, one button seats every household that said yes - forum-mates split up, industries mixed, drives kept short, last year’s tables remembered - and every member opens the app to their own table, host and address.
Dine around, end to endThe Wing is the partners’ own app at the same address - their invitations, their directory, their calendar, their feed and a partners-wide chat - and it answers for the whole household. Not a guest pass.
The WingA deposit that holds a member’s spot, the release signed before the trip, a day-by-day itinerary, an arrivals board for airport rides, and afterwards a story page with the photographs - the chapter’s retreats kept on a globe, decades deep.
Travel and the archiveEvery event gets its own photo album. Photographers upload through a link that expires, with no account needed; name a face once and every photo of that person, past and future, is filed into the right album; whole evenings download at full resolution. A forum night’s album is visible only to that forum.
The walkthroughThe office sends a payment request from the console and members pay it on their phone. Reminders go out on their own, every request is an invoice in the chapter’s QuickBooks, and the board can read the books at any time. Nobody chases anybody.
The consoleThe chapter’s seats carry its own titles, the board votes from their phones, and YPO Global’s events stand on the chapter’s own feed and season beside the chapter’s. A member of two chapters holds both on one phone with one sign-in.
The walkthrough
Moving a chapter over
Tell us who gathers and hand us the roster and the calendar - a spreadsheet is fine. No card, no call to schedule. Your chapter’s first screen takes shape as you type.
Past seasons import intact: the events, the day chairs, the headcounts, thousands of RSVPs and whole photo libraries. The chapter arrives decades deep on day one, and the feed scrolls back into its own history.
One email from the chapter, one sign-in with the address the chapter has on file, and each member is in - on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web, with a desktop layout of its own.
Year one is free for the first twenty chapters. After that, $4,999 a year per chapter - every member and spouse included, every feature, no per-seat charges. The offer, in full.
Security
Each chapter runs on a system of its own, and private conversations are encrypted on the member’s own device. Each tile opens the drawing of how it works.
Plain answers
Ten minutes of setup, and members are invited by name. Year one is free for the first twenty chapters.
